On Sunday Morning at approximately 1:13 a.m., LaGrange County Sheriff’s Office performed a traffic stop at 2000 W State Road 120 in Howe.

During the course of the stop, it was determined that the driver, David Ramos Hernandez of Warsaw had been consuming alcoholic beverages. Hernandez was arrested and booked into the LaGrange County Jail on charges of Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated, Reckless Driving, and Driving While Suspended.
