The Angola Plan Commission passed a rezoning of the property located at 207 N. Jackson Street.
The property was rezoned from a small to medium general commercial district to a University district. The lot, now owned by Ralph Trine, was formally occupied by an auto detailing business. The property will be converted into a seven unit town house style apartment complex. The decision to rezone to a University district rather than residential gives flexibility for making use of a triangular property plot of land.
The recommendation from the Plan Commission will be reviewed next Monday, July 16, 2018 at 7 p.m. at the regularly scheduled Angola Common Council meeting
