(HUNTINGTON COUNTY) - A case of road rage on Interstate 69 ended with a gunshot and an arrest Monday in Huntington County.
Investigators say 62-year-old William Davis fired at a van near mile marker 284 on southbound I-69. No one was injured.
Witnesses provided information about the suspect vehicle, which was later located in Grant County by Indiana State Police.
Authorities say Davis admitted firing one round. The handgun was seized and Davis was taken into custody.
Davis faces felony charges of criminal recklessness and pointing a firearm, along with a misdemeanor charge of criminal mischief.
