The Steuben County Republican Party announces a caucus to fill the vacancy on the Hamilton Town Council for District 2. The caucus will take place on Saturday, January 18, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. at the Hamilton Town Hall, located at 900 S. Wayne St., Hamilton, IN 46742.

Candidacy Requirements:
Individuals interested in running for the position must file Form CEB-5 with the County Caucus Chairman, Rick Michael, no later than 72 hours before the caucus meeting. The form can be downloaded from the Indiana Secretary of State's website at in.gov/sos/elections/4564.htm.

Voting Procedures:
In accordance with caucus procedures, only precinct committeemen are eligible to vote. Vice precinct committeemen are the only individuals permitted to serve as proxies for precinct committeemen. The caucus is not open to the general public.
