(INDIANA) - The state of Indiana has introduced a new Professional Pathway credential for high school students, allowing them to earn college credits while still in high school. The program, announced by Indiana's Secretary of Education, Dr. Katie Jenner, was developed in partnership with six Christian universities.
Through this credential, students can complete 30 credits of general education courses that are fully transferable as a block to the six partner institutions: Anderson University, Bethel University, Grace College, Huntington University, Indiana Wesleyan University, and Taylor University. These credits are designed to provide students with skills in communication and civic literacy.
