(UNION CITY) – The Bronson softball team topped home Union City in a Big 8 doubleheader 10-0 and 18-3. Ashlynn Harris was the winning pitcher in game one, striking out 17 with 2 hits and 5 walks. Madison Shaw got the win in game two, giving up 5 hits with 2 walks and 7 strikeouts. Braelynn Gimenez had 6 RBI for Bronson while Harris had 3 RBI and Lydia Wells had 2 RBI. Bronson improves to 7-3 overall and 6-0 in the Big 8.
