(HUNTINGTON) – The DeKalb football team beat Huntington North 42-28 in Northeast 8 play. Eli McCormich was 17 of 31 for 256 yards and 5 touchdowns. Noah Spears had 8 catches for 116 yards and a TD. Xavier Bell had 4 catches for 101 yards and 2 touchdowns while Brady Culler had 19 carries for 114 yards and a score. DeKalb is now 4-2 overall and 3-1 in the Northeast 8. Huntington North is now 2-4 and 2-2 in the conference.
